New Years Hours
We’re Dreaming Of A White (And Adventurous) Christmas
The Year Of The Session
Atherton’s perfect season and Semenuk’s Rampage run, on the world’s most accomplished DH bike. 2016 has been another banner year for Session, with big wins from two of Trek’s most popular athletes.
On her first year aboard Session, Trek Factory Racing’s Rachel Atherton earned an unprecedented perfect season of World Cup DH, winning every stop on the World Cup downhill circuit and the World Championships in the same season. In a sport ruled by fractions of seconds, that’s an accomplishment that may never be repeated. Read more at redbull.com here.
Also in 2016, Brandon Semenuk rode Session to top spot at Red Bull Rampage, the event often regarded as “The Superbowl of Mountain Biking.” Back in 2008, Brandon was a 17-year-old prodigy who took the Red Bull Rampage title on a first-generation Session. Since then, Brandon, Rampage, and Session have gotten bigger and better. Need proof? Take a look at his winning line.
As we all know, there’s only one Rachel Atherton and one Brandon Semenuk. Though their talents can’t be easily replicated, together they’ve inspired millions around the world to get out and ride. And now, it’s easier than ever for anyone to ride Rachel and Brandon’s bike of choice!
Santa’s As Far As The Eye Can See
We may be biased, but we think Wisconsin is the merriest place on earth. A great testament to this is the 16th annual Santa Cycle Rampage ride in Milwaukee, hosted by the Wisconsin Bike fed. Click over to this blog post to see incredible photos of over 1000 Santa’s cycling down the street! This winter, don a Santa hat and share the joy of riding a bicycle with your nearest and dearest.

Bontrager Winter Ride System
Sorting your winter ride kit can be a gamble. Dress too warm or too light, and you could be in for a long, unpleasant ride. Enter the Bontrager Winter Ride System, our simple guide to help you find the kit that’s just right for you.
The base of every great ride. Bontrager baselayers are available in three weights (B1, B2, and B3), each with unique design properties to help you control your climate. B2 and B3 baselayers are made for riding in chillier temperatures, with merino wool for warmth and breathability in cool, cooler, and cold conditions.
Sun’s gone, thermals on. The right thermal gear is key to retaining body heat and insulating your core. Pairing Bontrager thermal gear with a baselayer is a great way to extend your season in cool weather.
Stop the wind. Wind is a fact of cycling, but it doesn’t have to keep you from riding. On blustery days, Bontrager’s wind-blocking apparel keeps the chill out.
O.K., now it’s really cold. Bontrager’s S2 apparel was designed specifically for the brave souls—few in number, and perhaps slightly unhinged—who ride year-round, whatever the weather. Whereas S1 apparel features a softshell front for leading-edge protection, S2 offers a full 360° of softshell for shelter from winter’s most extreme elements.
When the temps drop, cool air don’t care. Bontrager’s S1 apparel will keep you rolling when the mercury drops, and even when the white flakes fall, with softshell protection on the front and a breathable thermal back so you won’t overheat.
Ride it and love it. If not, we’ll take it back. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with a Bontrager aftermarket purchase, return the item, along with the original sales receipt, to the original place of purchase within 30 days for exchange.
SWAT and Blendr
Its cool to see different company take a product and then find ways to improve it. Specialized created SWAT, which stands for Storage Water Air Tools, is meant to put items onto your bike without you ever knowing. A chainbreaker that also acts as a top cap that holds your quick link, a hole on the downtube on carbon mountain bikes to put your spare tubes or clothes. The days of that seatback flopping around under your seat are coming to an end.
One of the items that Trek has created is called Blendr. A piece that integrates with the stem to eliminate additional brackets that would normally be ziptied on. It is such a clearer design, like why didn’t someone think of that sooner? Take a look at Blendr
Keep up the good work everyone, cant wait to see what the future holds
