Come and get them while they are hot!! We have a full size run in both colors. For only $15 you can show your support for the Healthy Adams Bicycle/Pedestrian, Inc.(HABPI), a non-profit group of volunteers who are working to develop walking and bicycling trails or paths in Adams County for recreation and transportation. Walking and bicycling are wonderful ways to get some healthy exercise while enjoying the beautiful area around us. For some residents these activities can be a great way to travel to work and to travel around our communities for shopping and other trips.

We started up our Saturday shop road rides last week. We will be leaving at 7AM, with some goods to eat and drink when we get back. Last week the ride was just over 30 miles with a pace of about 17ish mph. Here is what we did last week…
